Spoon Theory
Spoon Theory illustrates how to manage our daily energy—or "spoons"—across everyday tasks. This ‘Spoon Theory Plan’ works by you entering a starting spoon count (12 spoons are the average number to begin with for when you’re feeling pretty good, or you might choose fewer spoons, like 6 or 8, if you’re feeling less energised) and then adding daily tasks with their estimated spoon cost. As well, you can add self-care activities that replenish spoons. Upon submission, the tool calculates your remaining spoons and provides personalised guidance for managing the day ahead.
